Why on-site updates have to be effortless
Every progress-reporting system fails for the same reason: it asks too much of the person doing the work. A foreman managing twenty people across two floors will not stop to open a laptop, log in, find the project, and fill a form. So progress lives in their head and in LINE until someone asks on Friday. Frequently asked questions
Does the foreman need to understand the Gantt?
No. They only see a simple list of today's tasks. Sliding a percentage and taking a photo is the whole job; the schedule updates in the background.
What if there is no mobile signal on site?
Updates captured offline queue on the phone and sync automatically once it has a connection — usually by the time the foreman reaches the site office. Nothing is lost or re-entered.
Are the photos kept as a record?
Yes. Every update is stamped with the time and date and attached to its task, so you have a timestamped photo record at each stage — useful for owner disputes and payment milestones.
