SiteBoard started with a simple frustration: people were running million-baht construction projects on a spreadsheet and a LINE group. We thought the tool should be better than that.
Why we built SiteBoard
Walk onto almost any building site in Thailand and the "schedule" is an Excel file on a project manager's laptop — printed once, then out of date by the end of the week. The real status lives in a LINE group, scattered across photos, voice notes, and messages that scroll away by morning. Nobody can answer the one question that matters — "are we on track?" — without calling three people.
We are a small software team based in Bangkok, and we build tools for Thai SMEs. We kept seeing the same gap in construction: the big platforms are powerful but heavy, demanding BOQ and accounting setup before a small contractor gets any value. There was nothing light enough to open on a Monday morning and just start planning.
So we built SiteBoard around one idea — a contractor should be able to plan a project on a Gantt chart, let foremen update progress from their phones in seconds, and share a clean live view with the owner, all within five minutes of signing up. No consultant, no onboarding project, no BOQ. Just the plan, the progress, and the people who need to see it.

If a foreman will not use it one-handed in the sun, it does not belong in the product. Every update has to take seconds, not minutes.

Most teams need a clear plan and honest progress — not an ERP. We start there and add depth only when it earns its place.

How we work
We ship small and we listen. Every feature on the roadmap comes from a real problem on a real site, not a feature checklist. When something on the plan does not match how a crew actually works, we change the product — not the crew.
We are early, and we are honest about it.
